Sakura Endo will appear in FOD original TV series "Truck Girl"!

Sakura Endo will appear in the original TV show "Truck Girl," which will be available on Fuji TV's video distribution service, FOD, from Wednesday, July 19, at 00:00!

This original TV show is inspired by the social media account of a 22-year-old female truck driver named "Truck Meimei," who has become a social media sensation for the way she wears a slightly unusual T-shirt and boozes it up after work.

Endo will play the main character of the show, Jun Kurate, a female truck driver.

■ Synopsis
This heartwarming comedy-drama depicts the daily life of a female truck driver with a positive outlook on life and her delightful friends.
The story is set in a transportation company called Kameo Unyu, where the main character, Jun Kurate, a female truck driver, works diligently in the truck logistics industry, which is said to be a male-dominated society, and washes away the fatigue of the day with drinks at her favorite izakaya after work, a scene that is familiar to many of us.
The show offers a glimpse into the truck logistics industry, a familiar but largely unknown industry, through Jun Kurate, who works with dedication in the demanding workplace of the transportation industry, and the connections she encounters in the process, as well as the common things that happen in the transportation industry.
